When did you first fall in love with science?
When I was about 8 years old, my parents took us on a family trip. We stopped at Bodie Ghost Town for me and Mono Lake for my more science-minded brother. But I LOVED Mono Lake. I was in awe learning about the limestone tufa towers and how they formed over hundreds of years. It was the first time I thought about the longevity and sensitivity of the planetary system around all use.
